Printing process:

1. Flexographic printing has the advantages of gravure printing and lithography. The process steps can be divided into online slitting, indentation, grooving, etc. Due to the flexibility of materials in the overall operation, the

high printability and good surface gloss, or rough paper, thin and thick paper, light or strong ink absorption paper. Suitable for fine screen printing, line printing, spot color printing or on-site printing.

2. Gravure printing has the characteristics of high printability and fast printing speed. Gravure printing on color box has thick ink layer, rich ink color, strong stereo sense, rich layers, strong texture, fast drying speed, and is suitable for large area heavy ink printing. Gravure printing process has small color difference and stable printing quality. However, due to the complexity of gravure plate making, high materials and costs,and inconvenient plate changing operation, gravure printing is mostly used for packaging and printing of large quantities of goods, which can reduce costs.

3. Offset printing adopts multi-color multi-function roller/paper machine operation, suitable for batch production, with stable structure, packaging products, face paper printing, and then installation and pasting through the corrugated production line.
